3 exercises for straight posture

"Now sit up straight!" - There is probably hardly a sentence that annoys children more than this one.

And as an adult, you think to yourself, "I wish I had listened to my parents back then."  

But it's never too late to do something about good posture!    

That's why today we have the 3 best exercises for you:  

-> Sit on the floor and raise your bent legs with your hands at the back of your knees. Keep your back straight (don't fall into a hollow back!) and pull your shoulder blades towards your trouser pockets. Balance yourself in this position.  

-> You stand and bring your arms behind your body. Interlace your hands at buttock level with palms facing down. Stretch them down through and chest out in front, pulling your shoulders down.  

-> You stand and raise your arms to the ceiling. The fingertips point to the ceiling. Now pull the arms even further towards the ceiling and lower them again by pulling their shoulder blades down.
