3 Causes of muscle fiber tear

A muscle fiber tear can be quite uncomfortable... hematomas, pain, and limitations as far as the function of the muscle is concerned.    

Basically, you can get a tear like this on any athletic occasion, but there are, of course, conditions that favor it.  

And these are 3 of the most common causes of muscle fiber tear:  

-> When the muscles are not properly warmed up or cooled down, by cold outside for example.  

-> Fatigue or overuse of a muscle.  

-> Injuries that are older but have not healed properly.
