5 Tips - So that stress does not stress you so much!

Every one of us is stressed from time to time. That is quite normal and not yet bad. It only becomes worrying when stress becomes a permanent condition. To prevent this from happening, we have a few simple tips for you:  

-> Try to get enough sleep even in stressful times. A rested body is less susceptible to stress.  

-> Take time out from your daily routine when everything is getting on top of you. Give yourself a break when you notice that you are overwhelmed.  

-> Check the reality. Where are you right now? Is it really a disaster right now or is everything half as bad?  

-> Do sports. There's nothing better to clear your head than to really let off steam. Afterwards you are simply too tired to be stressed.

-> There are some relaxation exercises that help to reduce stress and find yourself. These include, for example, progressive muscle relaxation, autogenic training or meditation.
