Warm up before sport

There are three good reasons why you should never neglect warming up before exercising, even if it's faster and more convenient without.

And here they come:

1.) Injury prophylaxis

Warming up will help you avoid injuries such as muscle fiber tears, overstretching or sprains.


2️.) Increase in heart rate.

As a result, the muscles are better supplied with oxygen and oxygen metabolites are more optimally removed.

 

3️.) Activation of the nervous system

This allows the body to perform at a higher level because additional muscle fibers are activated.
