That's why the intestine and the immune system are a super team!

Did you know that 80 percent of your immune cells are located in your gut?

This means that the largest part of the immune system is located in the intestine. Pretty crazy, isn't it?

But also very logical, because many pathogenic microorganisms can spread in your body via the intestine. So the immune cells can react quickly there.

So if the intestine is not healthy, this also has consequences for the immune system. It becomes weaker and weaker and you become more susceptible to diseases.

Therefore, it is important that you provide the intestine with food and thus nutrients that are good for the intestinal flora.

-> Avoid foods that are sprayed, fatty, sugary and overloaded with additives. Instead, eat nuts, good oils, vegetables, fruits and whole grains!
