The joint as a weatherman

The joint as a weatherman - somehow practical, but also quite unpleasant.

Because in that case, the joints hurt when the bet changes. Do you know this?

If so, we can tell you that you are not imagining it.

Because studies have also confirmed that joints react to changes in the weather.

And they respond to that in a concrete way:

-> fluctuating air pressure in the atmosphere

-> Changes in humidity

-> electromagnetic waves generated by weather changesĀ

However, this weather sensitivity actually only occurs in joints that are already impaired by an injury or a disease, such as osteoarthritis. Healthy joints have nothing to do with it.

If you ever react to the weather, move the affected joints!
