Do you also struggle with headaches on a regular basis? Do you know what type of headache it is?
Today we will describe the three main types of headaches and how you can recognize them:
Tension headache
You have a bilateral pain that feels dull and pressing. It also radiates from the back of your head. Either towards the forehead or to the shoulder-neck area.
->The cause of this can be muscle tension - that's where we come in.
Migraine
You have pain on one side of your forehead or temples, which may move to the other side as the attack progresses. The pain is pounding or throbbing and moderate to severe.
Cluster headache
You have a unilateral headache that starts in the eye socket or temple region. From there, they spread across the forehead and temple. They feel probing, burning and stabbing.
