These 3 exercises can work wonders!

It goes without saying that you should integrate exercise into your everyday life. But that's often not so easy. Especially when it comes to mobilizing your back.  

That's why today we have 3 exercises for you that are little miracle packages:  

-> Sit upright, place one foot on the knee so that it points to the side. Then slowly bend forward with a rounded back and straighten up again after holding the position briefly. 10 times per side.  

-> While sitting, place your hands on the respective shoulder from above. The elbows are also at shoulder level. Now turn your upper body to one side and look behind with your head over the same shoulder. Hold briefly, then change sides. 5 times per side.  

-> Sit at the edge of your seat, stretch your arms forward at shoulder height. Now slowly bend forward as if you want to stand up. However, do the standing up process in slow motion and quite consciously. Stand up straight and then sit down again in slow motion. Do this 5 times.
