Burnout is unfortunately no longer a rarity in our performance-oriented society. Again and again we encounter patients in our practice whose bodies have rebelled and who can now regain their strength with burnout.
So that we have to see less of these patients in the future, we have collected a few tips on how you can prevent burnout from happening in the first place:
-> If you have a hobby, set aside time for it regularly.
-> Make sure you maintain your social contacts with friends and family.
-> If you have problems (at work), talk about them with trusted people.
-> Do something good for your body - exercise or treat yourself to a spa day.
-> Don't just relax when it's too late - for example, with yoga or autogenic training.
And perhaps the most important tip: don't let work get the better of you!
