Do you have poor posture?

Poor posture means that you sit, walk or stand crooked. If you maintain the incorrect posture for too long, you will develop postural damage such as a crooked back.

Mostly, the bad postures and postural deformities occur due to years of physical work. But sitting too long and incorrectly, such as in the office in front of the computer, can also lead to postural deformities sooner or later.‍

Causes of poor posture:

-> heavy physical work

-> sedentary activity

-> little movement

-> weak back muscles

-> weak abdominal muscles

-> one-sided load

However, they do not feel symptoms until the poor posture is advanced. The main symptoms can be pain in the back, knee joints, shoulders or hips. If the muscles are constantly tense, they cause persistent pain.
