Jumping fitness - the new trend?

Jumping fitness is a workout that is done on a trampoline. But this does not mean a bit of jumping around like in childhood.

Jumping fitness is said to be three times more effective than jogging and uses nearly 400 muscles.

The exercises take place on a mini trampoline, which can be equipped with an individually adjustable balance bar.

The secret is to combine fast and slow jumps on the trampoline. This activates and challenges the cardiovascular system. The permanent alternation between loading and unloading makes Jumping-Fitness a first-class cardiovascular workout.

But that's not all! Unlike other sports such as jogging or cycling, trampolining really does work all muscle groups equally.

The point is not to jump as high as possible, but to jump into the trampoline with energy.

Does it sound to you now as if only legs and buttocks are being worked? Then you are mistaken! When jumping, you have to constantly maintain body tension. Especially the abdominal and lower back muscles are used in jumping fitness.

So we are talking about an ideal full body workout.
