With these exercises to a stable shoulder

The shoulder is a very mobile and at the same time very sensitive structure in our musculoskeletal system. Therefore, do not neglect shoulder training!  

To strengthen the shoulder muscles, a theraband is a good tool.    

-> Stand sideways to the attachment point of the band and pull it over your head until the upper arm is at a right angle. Now pull the forearm outwards to the top and then back to the starting position.  

-> Stand facing the attachment point of the theraband. Grasp it with the arm extended forward. Pull the band straight back with the elbow extended and then bring it back to the starting position.    

Make sure your upper body is still and stable during both exercises!
