Escape from stress with Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a part of traditional Chinese medicine and helps through the power of movement.    

The Qi stands for the life energy that must flow without interference. Gong is translated as diligent practice. Qi Gong is therefore about keeping the life energy flowing‍ through regular practice.    

In order for Qi Gong to effectively help against stress, it is of great importance that you stay on the ball and practice daily if possible. In this regard, 15 to 30 minutes a day is already enough to achieve good results.   

Qi Gong does not require any aids, which is why you can always incorporate a few exercises into your daily routine.  

Make sure that you perform your movements calmly and with concentration, and breathe slowly and consciously.    

It is recommended that you complete the first exercises under the guidance of an experienced trainer. Later, you can exercise on your own. In addition, through regular exercise you can positively influence the metabolism, strengthen your immune system and relieve chronic pain.
