How to start the running season right!

The warmer temperatures are coming and spring is just around the corner. This invites you to finally do your next running session out in the fresh air again. If you have also taken a break over the winter, you should take the first unit slowly. Because if you overdo it right away, injuries can quickly occur.

Our tips for a successful start to the running season are therefore:  

-> Take it easy
If you also took a break during the winter, you should go for the shorter distance rather than the longer one for your first running sessions.  

-> Stretching correctly
Stretching is very important before you start running. This prevents injuries and prepares the muscles for running.  

-> The right equipment
Check whether your equipment from last season is still good and not too worn. If not, it is recommended to start with new equipment.
