Cupping - an ancient therapy (rediscovered)

Cupping treatments were performed as early as about 3,300 BC in Mesopotamia. In dry (bloodless) cupping, cupping glasses with negative pressure are placed on the area to be treated. There these can remain for a certain time. Alternatively, there is also cupping massage, in which the cupping glasses are pulled over previously oiled skin areas.
